How to Add a Fasting Period

You can easily add a fasting period manually. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Nutrition tab and select the Fasting section.
  2. Scroll down the screen.
  3. Tap Add fast.
  4. Select the start and end date and time.
  5. Tap Save my fast.

You can use this to log any fasting periods you forgot to record.
