Where to Find the Fasting Feature
Curious about fasting? Simply go to the Nutrition tab, tap the Fasting section, and hit Start fasting to begin your journey!
Maximize the benefits of fasting by exploring all the features our app offers:

Change your start time
To adjust your fasting start time, tap the pencil icon in the center of the screen and update the time as needed.

Change your fasting type
To switch your fasting type, tap the settings icon in the upper-right corner. Complete the questionnaire, then select the fasting protocol that fits your needs.

Add fasting time
If you forgot to start the fasting timer, it's not a problem! You can manually add your fasting time to your calendar. Here’s how:
- Scroll to the bottom of the Fasting section.
- Tap Add Fast.
- Select your fast's start and end times by tapping the pencil icon.
- Tap Save My Fast.

Monitor Your Fasting Progress
Tracking your progress helps keep you motivated. To view your fasting stats, scroll down the page. You'll find your monthly and weekly fasting progress, along with detailed statistics.
