Explore the workout catalog
The Workouts tab offers a wide selection of individual Pilates sessions, allowing you to customize your routine. Follow your main workout plan from the Plan tab and add extra sessions from the catalog based on your needs.
You can filter workouts by:
- Time – Pick sessions that fit your schedule.
- Style & Goal – Choose workouts tailored to flexibility, strength, relaxation, and more.
- Body zone – Focus on specific areas like abs, legs, or back.

Join a challenge
You can follow a workout plan from the Plan tab and join a challenge from the Challenges tab at the same time. This way, you can add an extra focus to your routine.
