Workouts Too Easy
If you find that your workouts are too easy, too short, or not intense enough, we have solutions for you!
Adjust your fitness level
First, try changing your fitness level to Advanced in your workout plan. Here’s how:
- Go to Profile settings.
- Tap Change workout plan.
- Select your workout program and problem areas.
- Set your fitness level to Advanced.
Add express workouts
Make your routine more challenging by adding Express workouts. You'll find these in the Plan tab — just scroll down to explore the options.
Repeat your daily workouts
Want an extra challenge? Try doing your daily workout multiple times. This will help improve your endurance and strength.
Change workout programs
Looking for variety? Try switching to a more intense workout program.
Here are some of our most intense programs:

Remember to listen to your body and take care of your health. Pushing too hard can lead to injuries, so we encourage you to be careful and adjust your routine as necessary.
