How to Track Your Steps
With our app, you can easily track your steps by setting a daily goal and monitoring your activity weekly and monthly.
To turn on step tracking
For iOS users
- Go to the Plan tab.
- Tap the Activity progress section.
- Tap Connect to Apple Health.
- Allow our app to access and update your health data.
For Android users
- Go to the Plan tab.
- Tap the Activity progress section.
- Tap Connect to Health Connect.
- Grant all necessary permissions and tap Allow.
Make sure you have Health Connect installed on your phone. To track your steps accurately, sync it with other health apps like Samsung Health, Fitbit, or Google Fit.
To sync health-tracking apps, open Health Connect and select App permissions. If you see any of your apps listed under Not allowed access, tap them and grant the necessary permissions.
To check your activity progress
- Go to the Plan tab.
- Tap the Activity progress section.
- View your weekly and monthly progress.
To change your daily step goal
- Go to the Plan tab.
- Tap the Activity progress section.
- Tap the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
