- Go to the Plan tab.
- Tap the settings icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Libido & Pelvic Pilates.
If your focus is more on posture and deep core strength, you can still choose our original Pelvic Pilates program. It’s designed to build pelvic floor strength, improve circulation, and support better posture and alignment.
Both options offer lasting benefits with consistent practice. Choose what feels right for you — and enjoy the journey!
